Hi Pete i thought i would add a bit about welding up any panel on the out side work around the area your welding abit at a time like any inch or two on one side then the same on the other side to much heat will distrought the panel hope this helps?,Have been welding cars for over 20yrs mig is good but tig is much better and not so much heat Karl. Ps keep the good work up
